A new book has just been released that argues that 37% of most advertising budgets are wasted. I was sent this press release today and thought it was worth putting up here, however, I have taken the time to reword it: Tank TV have created a film called To be Continued. Ten film makers have been asked to contribute 3 minute sections to a film but each section must tie in to the previous one like a game of chinese whispers. More details here.Tags: film
