Whilst I'm posting on images I thought I'd add another rather good site. Apparently there was so much traffic going to the NYPL when this launched that they had to go offline! 'NYPL Digital Gallery provides access to over 275,000 images digitized from primary sources and printed rarities in the collections of The New York Public Library, including illuminated manuscripts, historical maps, vintage
